KMC has won the German iF award for 3 consecutive years: a rare feat for a Taiwanese company. After the Safe Link won the 2009 iF Product Design Award and the Kool Knight Chain won the iF Product Design Award Gold Prize in 2010, KMC was recently been given the 2011 iF Product Design Award for a new design: “Hybrid Toothed Chain and Sprockets”. In addition, KMC has been awarded the 2011 iF Packaging Award for the package of PinkLady color chain. The PinkLady color chain is a special item to promote breast cancer awareness.
